This following page contains important information about your purchase and when you may return your product if you change your mind, please read it carefully.
Terms of sale:
PaymentOutdoor Furniture Northside operates on a cash and carry basis. Full payment for your purchase is required before pick-up or delivery of your purchase. We do not accept payment on delivery.

Delivery and pick-upOnce your products arrive, we will contact you to arrange pick-up or delivery. If delivery cannot be made at the arranged time, for example if you are not home, or you need to change time of delivery please contact the store on 07 3261 5690 and we will arrange another time for pick up or delivery.
We arrange delivery with most of our items and we are happy to leave the items at your premises without a person being home to receive the items, if the premises is secure and if that is the arrangement of yourself and our delivery team. But please note that we are not responsible for any damage whether stolen or any unnatural occurrence be that storm or animal that may happen if items are left without someone being available to receive them. They are left at the customer’s risk.
Have you changed your mind?We understand that choosing the right furniture is not easy. Sometimes things will be too big, too small or simply aren’t right. So you can shop with confidence, you can simply return any purchase to the store you bought it from within 7 days of purchase and exchange it for another item in store.
We credit you refund as long as:
You have clear proof of purchase, such as a receipt
The product and its packaging is in original condition, including any manuals and accessories; and the product has not been used.

All our products come with the our ‘Peace of Mind’ Quality Guarantee so you can shop with complete confidence and freedom.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
What is Outdoor Furniture Northside’s Warranty Guarantee?Outdoor Furniture Northside will repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or material fault for the duration of the Warranty Period, specified on each product, see instore for details.
The Warranty Guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
The Quality Guarantee does not apply to:
Normal wear and tear, including pilling, fading, loss or deterioration (of the whole of the product or its components);
Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, negligence, treatment, transportation, storage of the products or otherwise caused by your acts and/ or omissions;
Damaged caused through any modifications, alterations, improper assembly, tampering or products used in an abnormal manner and not for the products intended purposes;
Damage caused by exposing the products to the sun, extreme heat or cold, or chemicals/agents that are known to damage the finish of the product; without being specified for those conditions;
Damages caused by Act of God; or,
Defects in products that are sold “As Is” which have been brought to your attention.
How do I claim?
If you believe that your product is defective, you can make a claim by contacting Outdoor Furniture Northside via phone or email with a description and preferably a photo of the damaged product.
You will need to provide proof of purchase, normally your receipt, as part of your claim, if we do not have your details on file.
